How Long Will I Have To Wait For My Order To Be Delivered?
 
We state an estimated delivery time of approximately 3-5 working days for deliveries in the UK. Please be aware that orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. Please ensure you provide a telephone number and/or an email address so that you can receive tracking information for your delivery.

International Orders:
 
All our international orders are sent via the Royal Mail's Parcel Force operation. Depending on which country we are sending the package to, you should expect to receive your order usually within 7-14 days. We hope you can appreciate we cannot be held responsible for the operations of a third party supplier.
 
What Happens If An Item I Ordered Is Currently Out Of Stock?
 
This only happens on a very rare occasion thanks to our extensive stock holdings and our daily deliveries from our suppliers. If an item is out of stock we will either send you the closest alternative product (if a similar product is available) or contact you to see if you would like us to delay the dispatch of your order until when the item is back in stock.
 
How Much Will I Have To Pay For Delivery?

Our website uses a dynamic pricing matrix to calculate your shipping costs depending on the size of your basket, the weight of the items and the shipping address. We recommend that you add all the items you wish to purchase to your basket and then proceed to the payment pages where the system will provide you with the shipping costs for your order.
